1 oz Vida
.5 oz Aperol
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz Kumquat Syrup
4 dashes of Bittered Sling orange and juniper extract.
Add all ingredients with ice in tin and shake.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a fresh halved Kumquat and mint leaf.
For Kumquat syrup: Boil alb of kumquats 6 oz of sugar, one madagascan vanilla bean and teaspoon of salt. Reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes, strain and refrigerate.
